Project Timeline
Our estimated completion date is Spring 2012. By next spring we hope to reach our ultimate goal of having enough money, and/or in-kind donations to build a brand new playground incorporating much needed landscaping. We are shooting for $250,000- $300,000.
We currently have rasised over $20,000, from the Chelsea Heights carnival and a generous contribution from the PTO. Our summer time goal is to reach at least $30,000. Once we reach this amount, the St Paul Public School District will give us a “matching” donation of $15,000. Giving us a great start and great momentum! To meet these goals, in addition to writing grants and connecting with area businesses, we will be having many community fundraisers.
