The Hamline Hoyt Playground and Community Beautification Project
The Hamline Hoyt Playground and Block Beautification project is a community-wide effort led by Chelsea PTO to replace playground equipment and improve the look of the Hamline Hoyt corner.
Under the current city park improvement timeline, the North West Como Rec Center/Chelsea Heights play area will not be replaced or improved upon for at least 12 more years. We want more for our children and our community, and we want it faster! To make this happen by spring 2012 it will take a true community effort.
We have applied for funds through the St. Paul CIB process. Click here to read the proposal.
